Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of services provided by Web Gro Network ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") to clients ("Client", "you", or "your"). By engaging in our web design and digital marketing services, you agree to these Terms.
2. Services
Web Design Services
We provide custom web design services as per the agreed project scope, timeline, and specifications outlined in the project proposal.
Monthly Digital Marketing Services
We offer ongoing digital marketing services, including but not limited to SEO, social media management, content marketing, and PPC advertising, on a monthly retainer basis.
3. Payment Terms
Web Design Services

Deposit: A 50% deposit is required before the commencement of any web design project.

25% deposit before first draft is presented

Final Payment: The remaining balance is due upon project completion and prior to website launch.
Monthly Digital Marketing Services

Monthly Fee: The agreed monthly fee is due at the beginning of each month.

Late Payments: Late payments may incur a 10% late fee.
4. Client Responsibilities
Content
The Client is responsible for providing all necessary content, including text, images, and other media, unless otherwise agreed.
Approvals
Timely approval of designs, content, and other project elements is required to meet project deadlines.
5. Revisions
Web Design
We offer 2-4 rounds of revisions depending on the package. Additional revisions will be billed at our standard hourly rate.
Digital Marketing
Strategy and campaign adjustments are included in the monthly fee. Major changes outside the scope of the agreed strategy may incur additional charges.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential all proprietary information, trade secrets, and any other information that may reasonably be regarded as confidential.
7. Intellectual Property
Web Design
Upon full payment, the Client receives ownership of the final website design and its contents. We retain the right to showcase the project in our portfolio.
Digital Marketing
Content created during the digital marketing service period is the property of the Client, once paid for in full.
8. Termination
Web Design
Either party may terminate the project with a 3 days' written notice. The Client will be invoiced for all work completed up to the termination date.
Monthly Digital Marketing
Either party may terminate the service with a 60 days' written notice before the next billing cycle. No refunds will be provided for the current month’s services.
9. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits or data, arising from the use of our services.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Massachusettes. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of [Massachusetts].
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
12. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
*Failure to pay any outstanding invoices by the due date will result in the temporary suspension of all services, including the operation and accessibility of your website(s). Services will be reinstated upon receipt of full payment.
